6/8/10 Week Challenges
In a slump and looking to kickstart your training take up one of our signature 6/8/10 week challenges and get fast results guaranteed. During our challenges all participants complete their initial testing, receive nutritional guidance from a qualified dietician, have weekly check ins with a trainer and extra challenge only saturday sessions at different locations in Brisbane. Participants are required to attend the gym at least 5 times per week or complete home workouts which are available from our app. Challenges are completed at the end when participants complete their initial testing and results are collated together to determine an overall winner which will be presented at a celebration event.
