HIIT

Our high intensity interval training classes are forever changing with everyclass being a totally new experience. Each class will be made up of new exercises and can encompass all areas of training. Our HIIT classes run between 30-45 minutes depending on the time they are taken. HIIT classes can feature boxing, weights, running, rowing, jumping, skipping and a whole lot more.
