Studio 99 Group Classes
Studio 99’s signature class - comprising all areas of fitness. This class begins with a 20 minute strength component, working on different compound exercise or skill each and every day – designed to improve your overall strength.
The class then jumps into a metabolic workout lasting for approximately 20 minutes, which is designed to elevate your heart rate and improve your overall fitness levels – before ending with a core section and stretching routine. Every class will be different.
