Studio 99 Group Classes
The prime focus of this class is to make athletes stronger and build muscle by focusing on basic gym exercises that may otherwise be overlooked. This class concentrates on both isolation and compound exercises. Each class will differ in exercises, reps and weight range - so you will be constantly challenged. Over 6 week training blocks, watch your body transform by getting stronger, stripping fat and adding muscle.
