Sports Specific Training

We have developed specific sport training systems to help take individual and team performance to the next level.  Individual athletes or teams can either hire out the facility to use by themselves or take your training to the next level and hire a performance coach. We have trained various sporting teams such as the English commonwealth games swimming, weightlifting and athletic teams, as well as division 1 local based afl team such as Wilston Grange, Morningside, Western Magpies, UQ, Mt Gravatt, Yeronga, Coorparoo and many more. We have also trained professional athletes during their offseason programs such as Josh Thomas from the collingwood magpies and Ben Keyes from the adelaide crows. Ben Keays

Ben Keays is an Australian rules footballer with the Adelaide Crows in the Australian Football League (AFL). Ben played 30 games from the Brisbane Lions before being drafted to the adelaide crows in 2019.

Josh Thomas

Josh Thomas is a professional Australian rules footballer playing for the Collingwood Football Club in the Australian Football League. Thomas, a Queensland Under 18 representative in the 2009 AFL National Under 18 Championships, was drafted by Collingwood with the 75th selection in the 2009 AFL Draft. Josh has played 89 games for collingwood and has kicked 85 goals.

Matt Eagles

Matthew Eagles  is a professional Australian rules footballer playing for the Brisbane Lions in the Australian Football League.

Eagles is originally from South Australia and grew up supporting Port Adelaide. He eventually found his way to Queensland where he played for the Yeronga Football Club in the QAFL. Outside of playing football he owned a landscaping business. In 2016, Eagles appeared in season two of the reality TV series The Recruit, where he was the eventual winner. After appearing on The Recruit, he played with North Ballarat in the Victorian Football League.

In 2017 Eagles played for the Brisbane Lions in the North East Australian Football League as a ruckman, but towards the end of the season he was moved into defence and thrived. In the NEAFL Grand Final, he amassed 18 disposals, including a league high 17 intercept possessions.

Eagles made his senior AFL debut in round 7 of the 2018 season, against Collingwood.

Kyle McCartney

Kyle is a QLD and Australian representative gymnast who is currently training for the upcoming commonwealth games.

Mt Gravatt Vultures AFL

Mt Gravatt Vultures compete in the qafl competition fielding both mens and womens seniors team. The women's team competed in the division 2 grand final in 2019 and have been training regularly in studio 99 to help them take the next step and win the 2020 premiership. The Mt Gravatt team have completed testing, strength and endurance sessions at the gym and have greatly improved all areas of their fitness.

University Of QLD AFL

The University of QLD AFL team compete in the qafa division 1 competition. UQ field both mens and womens teams and have been highly competitive in the competition. The UQ team train in studio 99 both during the season and pre-season. Studio 99 has completed strength and endurance sessions with the team and have had up to 50 players in the gym at one time.

Justin Hodges

Justin Hodges is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 2000s and 2010s. A Queensland State of Origin and Australian international representative centre, Hodges started his career in the National Rugby League with the Brisbane Broncos before moving to the Sydney Roosters, with whom he won the 2002 NRL Premiership, before returning to the Broncos in 2005, and winning the 2006 NRL Premiership. He also captained the Broncos.
