At Studio 99 we offer regular 6/8/10 Week Challenges
In a slump and looking to kick-start your training? Take up one of our signature 6/8/10 week challenges and get the kick-start you need to make lifelong changes.
During our challenges all participants complete their initial testing which features a body composition analyses (dexa scan), strength testing (1/3RM benchpress, backsuat, deaflift), Endurance testing (3km run/row) , receive nutritional guidance from a qualified dietician, have weekly check ins with a trainer and extra challenge only saturday sessions at different locations in Brisbane. Participants are required to attend the gym at least 5 times per week or complete home workouts which are available from our app which is all marked off on our attendance board located at the gym.
Participants re-perform all their initial testing measures at the end of the challenge and winners/ runner up prizes will be presented to the participants with the best results at a celebratory event. During challenges our participants on average lose 5% bodyfat, improve their strength and endurance measures by 15% and we have a 95% completion rate.
