6, 8 and 10 week challenges for you

In a slump and looking to kick-start your training? Take up one of our signature 6/8/10 week challenges and get the kick-start you need to make lifelong changes.


how do the challenges work?

Step 1

We start by testing your body composition, strength and endurance. These tests are designed to be accessible and scalable for all levels of experience and ability. They will be your benchmark to set your goals and get the most from your workouts.

Step 2

Chat to the trainers to help set some challenging goals!

The aim is to get outside your comfort zone so we encourage you to find at least 4 training sessions per week. The group classes are a great way to stay motivated and meet your fellow 99 members.

Step 3

You will have regular check-ins with your trainers along the way to keep you motivated and help with anything you need. At the end of the challenge, we will re-test all of your benchmarks and crown a challenge winner!

The main aim is to take away some life-long habits.
