6, 8 and 10 week challenges for you
In a slump and looking to kick-start your training? Take up one of our signature 6/8/10 week challenges and get the kick-start you need to make lifelong changes.
how do the challenges work?
Step 1
We start by testing your body composition, strength and endurance. On the first day, you will get to know all the people you'll be working out with, perfect for social encouragement.
Step 2
You will then challenge yourself to workout at least 5 times a week for the duration of the challenge, and experience new ways of moving your body during our Saturday special sessions.
Step 3
You can check in with trainers any time to work out on which exercises you should focus. At the end of the challenge, we will re-perform all the initial testing measures and crown a challenge winner!
