Studio 99 Group Classes
Pilates classes are taken by Timothy Douge an exercise physiologists who has worked in the industry for 10 years and specialises in group pilates. Our pilates classes are mat pilates and run for an hour where tim will work through your whole body and deliver you an a grade service. Pilates is designed to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core, which span from your hips to your shoulders.
