Our classes provide a fun, non intimidating environment with exercises to suit every age, ability and fitness level, with specialised trainers selected for each class. At Studio 99 Fitness we pride ourselves on creating a fun, family community.
Studio 99 Group Classes
The Running Program entails two options; a 30 minute class or a 60 minute class. The 30 minute class will feature more sprint based short distance running, and sprint technique skills; while the 60 minute class is a long distance running class which will go offsite around different areas of South Brisbane covering distance and working tempos. The 60 minute class is recommended for runners who can run at least 5kms in 25 minutes and are willing to push themselves to achieve a higher level of running endurance.
