Upperbody lifting stations 1a) cable flys *12 1b) Seated rows *12 2a) Incline BB Benchpress 12/12/9/9 2b) Rope pulls cables *12 3a) Earthquake Shoulderpress *8 2-1-2 tempo 3b) Incline DB Rows on bench *12 hold for 2 seconds at top 4a) Tricep pressdowns Drop set *Drop weight 3 times starting on a weight you can only just hit 8 reps. Drop the weight by 10kg for each drop. Performing max reps on each. 4b) DB Incline curls *12
