Golf is a game to be played throughout the lifespan. Unfortunately, too often things like pain and injury caused by poor mechanics and lack of preparation can put a dint in our time on the course. With the appropriate exercise, body awareness, and commitment everybody and every BODY can play and enjoy golf for as long as they want. More and more golfers, including the pros, are investing more time into looking after their bodies, to keep playing at their peak.
