Wellness Week - Lunchtime cardio circuit (Friday) (1)
Suited to all levels and abilities, our 30min circuit class will hit every part of your body, get you puffing and help you de-stress and feel energised for the weekend ahead! The circuit will include bodyweight only movements like squats and planks broken up with periods of rest.
