Pull Ups 3x6-8 3b. Bb Upright Row 3x10 4a. SL BB Hip Thrust 3x8 each (do B stance if balance is not good) 4b. Bb Curls 3x10 5a. DB Seated Shoulder Press 3x12 5b. Hanging knee raises 3x10
