Warm up joint rotations Half-kneeling rocking adductor stretch active hang/ advance hang and change grip during hang squat rotate at bottem 5/5 x2 first with pvc, 2nd with empty bar 3 reps of bear complex 1 rep= 1 power clean + front squat + push press + back squat + BN push press WORK 5 sets BEAR COMPLEX 1 Set = 7 reps weight must be incremented each set. the bar can not be rested on the ground during set.
