Day 2 lowerbody plus Core Warm-up 1a) DB Goblet Squats *12 1b) Single leg Glute Bridge Hold *30s Focus Lift A 2a) Back Squat (3-1-1 tempo) *10 2b) Copenhagen Plank *30s each side • Complete one drop set of Backsquats after completing 4 sets of the above max reps at 80/60/40% of previous 1RM. Focus Lift B 3a) BB Romanian Deadlift (3-1-1 tempo) *10 3b) DB Step Ups *10 each leg Accessory Block 1 4a) BB Bulgarian Split Squats *10 each leg 4b) Hamstring partner curls *12 Core Finisher (7.5 minutes no rest) 30s Hanging leg raises 30s Situps 30s Plank Hold → Repeat x5
