Lower Body +Core Strength Warmup 1a) Goblet squats 3-1-1*5 1b) Hip openers utilising DB with back against the wall bringing one leg over the db and back *6 each leg Main Lift 1 2a) Front squats 5/3/3/1/1 2b) BB Landmine rotations *6 each side Main Lift 2 3a) Benchsquats with pause on bench *2/2/2/2 3b) Max Height standing vertical jump *3 mark wall with chalk at the top Accessory lift 1 4a) Single leg BB Rdl *4 each leg 4b) Banded rotations from a static lunge position *8 each side Accessory Lift 2 5a) Max Hanging leg raises utilise a medball between feet if achieving more than 10 reps 5b) Single arm DB farmer carries one length of the gym swapping arms at the end of the gym.
