Lower Body + Core –Part 2 Warm-Up 1a) Goblet Squats 10 1b) Single Leg Glute Bridge Hold- 30s each Continuous movement from the bottom point of the movement to the top Focus Lift A 2a) Back Squat 2 second pause at the bottom *8 2b) Copenhagen Plank 30s each side aiming to keep the bottom leg moving the whole time. • After 4 working sets complete a drop set: → Back Squat: 80% x max reps → 60% x max reps → 40% x max reps of previous 1RM Focus Lift B 3a) Barbell Romanian Deadlift (3-1-1 tempo) 8 3b) DB Reverse Lunge Step Ups - 6 each leg Accessory Block 1 4a) Bulgarian Split Squats - 8 each leg 4b) Nordic Hamstring Curls (partner assisted or banded) – 8 Core Finisher (7.5 mins) 30s Toes to Bar / Hanging Knee Raises 30s Weighted Sit-Ups 30s Rolling bridge planks → Repeat x5
