Service Description

For people new to 99. In the induction you will be assessed on your current movement and fitness capacity, taught our fundamental movements and come up with your recommended approach to our classes and training. This in not designed to make you work too hard, rather to make sure our coaches and you can be confident in getting the most from your 99 experience. You coach will recommend any extra training you may need.
