Tuesday Metcon 2min cardio into 5min AMRAP 5 Muscle Clean 5 STOH 5 Push Up 5 Air Squats Strength Component (Week 6) Power cleans -- TESTING WEEK in 10mins Build up to a heavy Clean WOD - For Time: 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull Ups (or Pull Ups) 30 DB Snatches (15/15, heavy-ish) 30 Burpee over DB 30 Toes-to-Bar 30 Cal Row or Bike Time Cap: 15 minutes **Extra Credit if finished early** 4x3 of either Front Squats or over head Squats superset with 4x10 V-Ups
