Exercise at your level
You'll receive an initial assessment and a personalised program for you to do in a small group setting, twice per week.

Time and cost
Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am for 45min.
You are welcome to use the gym on any other day as well.
Cost is $35/wk with no lock in contracts.
