Upperbody Lifting Part A Warmup 1a) Renegade rows *8 each arm 1b) Medball throws into the wall from a standing position* 12 Focus Lifts 2a) Benchpress with 2 second hold *10 reps 2b) DB single arm bench rows *12 each arm • Complete one drop set of benchpress after completing 4 sets of the above max reps at 80/60/40% of previous 1RM.
