Week 4 - Hypertrophy Wednesday – Full Body Circuit – 3 Rounds (No Rest) 1a. Push Ups x10 1b. Ring Row / Pull Ups x5–10 1c. Reverse Lunges x10/10 2a. BB Back Squat – 3 x 12, 10, 8 2b. Standing DB Arnold Press – 3 x 12 3a. Chin Ups – 3 x 6–8 (add weight if 8 reps is comfortable) 3b. 1 ½ Goblet Squats – 3 x 8 (this needs to be heavy) 4a. DB Chest Fly – 3 x 10 4b. B-Stance DB RDL – 3 x 8/8 5a. Coach’s Choice Finisher
