Barbell Back Squat – 4×8 @ 75-80% of 1RM 2b. DB Tempo RDL – 4×10 Accessory Supersets 3a. Pull-Ups (banded if needed) – 4×8 3b. Walking Lunges – 4×16 steps 4a. BB Bent Over Rows – 3×8 4b. DB Bicep Curls – 3×12 5a. Lying Leg Raises – 3×12 5b. Bicycle Crunches – 3×30 seconds
