Thursday Throwdown Partner Workout 12 Days of Christmas 1- muscle up/rope climb 2- 200m run 3- Db man makers 4- burpee pull ups 5- clean and jerks @ 60/40 6-deadlifts 7- front squats 8- toes to bar 9- pull ups 10- devils press 11- triple unders 12- db Sit ups OR SCALED VERSION 1- Burpee 2- DB thrusters 3- jump squats 4- push ups 5- KB goblet squats 6- KB goblet step back lunges 7- 70 single skips 8 -sit ups (optional add DB) 9- DB curl to press 10- ring rows 11- up/downs 12- calorie bike This is a partner workout - both athletes complete all reps, one goes first followed by partner except for the run, you go together.
